| | September 17th 2006: Deco Belle was filmed for TV!
It was a great time at the 39th Annual Folsom Peddler’s Fair. We were just outside Emily’s Corner located at 732 Sutter Street in Folsom, CA. Emily is a long time family friend and was kind enough to offer us a table outside of her Antique store.
Deco Belle was even featured on the local news. The reporter asked if she could film at the Deco Belle table, and she shot an intro to the segment while looking at Sterling Silver Himalaya gemstone pendants, Oceania shell earrings, and the Venetian Murano glass rings. The antique segment is online at the CBS News page.
If you're ever in old town historic Folsom, be sure to top by Emily's Corner, where you'll step into a completely different epoch, surrounded by beautiful antiques and collectibles.
Family friends Paul and Marian paid us a visit and took photographs for us as we were setting up the table. Clockwise from top left: Mom came over to help Deco Belle on the road; Marian, Deco Belle, and Mom; Table set up complete with mailing list sign in; The jewelry cases get opened; Earrings, earrings, and more earrings; One hour before the official opening, people were out with flashlights that morning!
