Deco Belle Return Policy


Shop with confidence! At Deco Belle we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with a 15 day money back guarantee! Belle Organics wellness products are non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on the sale price of the item(s) within 15 days of purchase.

Shipping/handling costs of returns or exchanges will not be refunded. When returning your package include:

1) Unworn, unaltered item(s) in its original condition. Free gifts (with exception of bookmarker(s) and postcard(s), need not be returned, those are our gifts to you) must also be returned as unworn/unaltered, otherwise their full value as listed in the invoice will be charged before a refund is issued.

2) A copy or original invoice.

3) Email us first to notify us of the return at . Returns without email notification will not be accepted.

4) Indicate the reason for your return. Deco Belle would like to provide the best possible customer service for all of our jewelry.

5) Please use a padded envelope and the original box that the item(s) arrived in.

6) Send the package via registered mail, and insure the package for the full value of the invoice plus shipping charges using the delivery courier of your choice to confirm that your return has reached its destination. E-mail us the delivery confirmation number so that we may track the shipment. Deco Belle is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping. Mail to Deco Belle address as listed on your invoice.

A credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving your return. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

In the event that a package is returned to sender or refused, a 25% restocking fee will be charged before issuing a refund. To avoid this, follow the instructions above with proper notification of the return.

While Deco Belle strives to make each purchase a completely satisfied one, we would like to deter abuse of our 100% satisfied policy. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for more than 3 returned items.
